2. We will process your refund, no questions asked.
3. You are not required to return the product or set.

There’s absolutely no catch. We understand that you need to make sure FRÉ really works on your skin (and, we’re confident it will, based on our 95% satisfaction rating). We want to make it super simple for you to experience FRÉ at home without taking on any monetary risk.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Credit card refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement once your returned product reaches our fulfilment center.
