    Did you know today is World Mental Health Day? I didn’t until I got an email from freskincare - a company I have had the honor of working with for a few years now. Today, is a day to raise awareness of mental health issues around the world. I have openly shared my experience with anxiety, depression and more recently, postpartum depression and postpartum anxiety. I am incredibly grateful to have such an amazing community and immense support. I’ve PROUDLY started therapy but there is still SO MUCH GROUND TO MOVE IN THIS AREA.     Now Open! It's been an incredible 5 first days. We’ve got the support of the key people of The Grove. We trained the amazing sales team who have become FRÉmily.
