Research from the University of Washington revealed that sweat lets out salt while retaining calcium in the bones which prevents the two from going into the kidneys and urine and forming kidney stones. Frequent exercisers also drink more water which also prevents kidney stones from forming.

    7.Finally, sweat keeps skin clear. The body warms up during exercise which opens up the pores and releases the grime that has accumulated in them, so says Dr. Bowe.
    They commonly occur on the face, forehead and on the neck and are usually stingy.
