The  I AM Set combines  I AM LOVE,  our Deep Illuminating Oil and I AM JOY, our Radiant Rose Mist for an all-natural loving, balancing and joyful experience. I AM JOY can be misted gently onto facial skin morning and night after cleansing, over makeup as a dewy setting spray or anytime your skin feels dull and dehydrated during the day. It is especially formulated to give your  I AM LOVE  oil (extra!) superpowers. You can use  I AM LOVE  together with I AM JOY or on its own.  I AM LOVE  was created to inspire and awaken loving awareness and to infuse and bless the skin of the face and neck with powerfully sacred ingredients.

I AM JOY Radiant Rose Mist is designed to naturally maintain balanced pH levels while increasing moisture absorption, rejuvenating and perfectly setting the skin. I AM JOY was created first and foremost with the intention of unveiling the joy of being. The joy of the “ordinary moment.” 

It is truly a JOY to use: as it mists your skin, you are immediately enveloped in the luscious fragrance of rose flower, ancient and sacred. Mingling with this delicate scent are the subtle and stimulating notes of bitter and sweet orange, ending with a kiss of the white water lily, transporting you to a fresh and vibrant oasis. 

I AM JOY is naturally anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antioxidant. It is made with just nine natural ingredients and essential oils which supply your skin with deeply nourishing vitamins, healing minerals and powerful antioxidants all while maintaining the balance of your skin’s natural pH.

I AM LOVE  was created to inspire and awaken loving awareness and to infuse and bless the skin of the face and neck with powerfully sacred ingredients. Oils mimic our skin’s natural sebum and send signals to our cells that regulate oil production. They repair and balance damaged skin while shielding the skin’s barrier against pollutants and irritation.

Argan Oil, Hemp Oil, Olive Oil, Rose Oil and Ylang Ylang Oil come together in a healing wellspring of antioxidants, essential fatty acids, vitamins and minerals to nourish, hydrate and illuminate the skin. 

How to use the set

Take a few deep breaths, feel your spine elongate and your feet connect with the earth. Listen with both of your ears. Soften your face and shoulders. Allow yourself to be. Close your eyes and spray  I AM JOY onto your face. This first step sets skin up for the best possible absorption and hydration prior to the application of  I AM LOVE. 

Now, massage 2-3 drops of  I AM LOVE into face, neck and décolletage with care and intention. Use every morning and night or any time you feel your skin asking for love and hydration.

I AM JOY is specially formulated to be used with  I AM LOVE, but can also be used as a base for other oils, moisturizers, and serums. You can also use  I AM JOY on its own after cleansing for super-light radiance, or as your on-the-go hands-free hydrator. For beauty routines I AM JOY is both a primer and setting spray. As a makeup primer, it improves foundation application and creates a porcelain-smooth base, which helps to prevent makeup from caking into pores. As your makeup setting spray, I AM JOY will help maintain a natural dewy looking finish all day.

This set was created together with Global Yoga Instructor Talia Sutra  @talia_sutra.  Talia has been FRÉ’s partner from the very beginning and joined our first journey to Morocco to give back to the cooperatives and empower women by planting Argan Trees of Life. This collaboration came naturally from a place of love and inspiration.
