Acne, psoriasis and keratosis

I’ve had acne since age 12. I’ve tried everything to clear my skin, from basic skincare like Neutrogena to topical creams, dermatological creams and over-the-counter medications, but nothing seemed to work. From 19-22 my skin somehow got better. Then suddenly I broke out EVERYWHERE: my face, arms, back, legs, even my butt. Part of it was hormonal and the mirena birth control I was on wasn’t helping, but stress was also a big factor. It was a time when I got into fitness and sweating more than ever and I had just moved states. In addition to the acne I started to suffer from psoriasis and keratosis. And as well as breaking out all over, I also have ongoing cystic acne. It’s genetic, from my Mom, and it’s under the skin. It’s not excruciating but its a real pain in the butt. 

Skin transformation with DETOX ME

All these skin issues meant I was constantly covered in scars and blemishes, but my dream was to wear a backless dress for my wedding. Then FRÉ reached out to me. Skincare brands reached out to me all the time and never really helped so I was skeptical. My skin at that point was uneven and makeup always looked patchy. I figured I’d try the products as I had nothing to lose and I was so taken aback by the moisturized feeling when I used the skin clearing DETOX ME mask! My daily skincare routine

Today I use DETOX ME after workouts. In the morning I use PURIFY ME followed by REVIVE ME and BRIGHTEN ME. At night I use a combination of REVIVE ME and RECOVER ME. I would die without RECOVER ME! I often recommend it to people who have scarring; it takes time to see a difference but for me it’s been a real transformation. 

For my body I use PURIFY BODY about three times a week, and always use GLOW ME when I get out of the shower. I can see it’s gotten rid of dark marks and blemishes on my back. I also adore I AM LOVE; if I could dip my entire body into it I would! I use it for a full minute, rubbing it into my skin and it has taken away the dark spots on my face! I’ve been using FRÉ for 3 years now and you can see just how much it has transformed my skin in the pictures and videos I share.
