Having a consistent, daily skincare routine is the key to maintaining strong, healthy, resilient skin. For women who are active and work out a lot, this is even more important, since sweating can often exacerbate skin issues like redness, breakouts, dryness, and aging.
We asked four FRÉ Ambassadors to share the routine that works best for them, amidst their busy daily schedules.

Skin type: Fair skin.
Main skin challenge: I always like to have a tan or some color, but found it hard to achieve this without burning.
How sweating affects my skin: A lot of the time I got burnt when training as my sunscreen would sweat off. I also would get spots when I put on sunscreen.
How FRÉ changed my skin: I have a much brighter complexion. I glow!

Evening:
I wash my face with CLEANSE ME, then apply the RECOVER ME overnight cream.

Skin type: Dry and sensitive.
Main skin challenge: Staying hydrated, keeping pores cleared in certain areas, and occasional breakouts.
How sweating affects my skin: When I sweat a lot and don’t wash and rehydrate my skin frequently, I have consistent breakouts or my skin will look really dull.
How FRÉ changed my skin: I have less reactions and breakouts and my skin can stay even and happy for much longer.
Favorite FRÉ: The REVIVE ME serum. It hydrates and soothes without clogging my pores. It’s lightweight and won’t irritate my face, even when I cleanse and moisturize several times per day.

Morning:
I wash with a hydrating cleanser and then apply REVIVE ME, or I swap this with PROTECT ME, especially when I’m heading out to the track and will be in the sun for hours.
Post-Sweat:
I cleanse then use REVIVE ME and put on makeup. Once or twice a week, I use the DETOX ME mask before applying the serum.
Evening:
I use CLEANSE ME to remove makeup remover, then face wash. Then I apply a Vitamin C or antioxidant serum. I apply RECOVER ME or Argan Oil, and then use the BRIGHTEN ME eye cream.

Main skin challenges: Acne and dark spots
How sweating affects my skin: My skin always feels better after I workout, but I know if I don’t shower after it will create more build up
How FRÉ changed my skin: I have way less acne and my skin is softer. The look is more clear.

Main skin challenge: Luckily, I've never had an issue with my skin.
How sweating affects my skin: As a very active person, I was always worried that sweat would create a thriving environment for bacteria so I wanted to prevent that.
How FRÉ changed my skin: I feel it's smoother and glowing. I love how light the products are on my skin and how they make me feel cleansed and nourished.

Post-Sweat:
I cleanse and put on PROTECT ME again.
Evening:
After removing makeup, I cleanse with PURIFY ME. I apply Argan Oil, and finish with RECOVER ME.
